Departure from Svilno 2
Buses will be available from 14:00 onwards.
Boarding will take place on a first-filled basis: once one bus is full, it departs for Rovinj and the next one begins boarding.
Buses for Hotel Istra will depart first, as the hotel is located on an island.
The last bus from Svilno departs at 15:00.
Zagreb
Departure in front of the Eurotower
Buses will be available from 12:00.
Boarding will take place on a first-filled basis: once one bus is full, it departs for Rovinj and the next one begins boarding.
Employees staying at Hotel Istra should board the first bus, as the hotel is located on an island.
The last bus departs at 12:30.

For all employees arriving in Rovinj with company cars, outdoor parking is provided near Hotels Park, Lone, and Eden and is free of charge for the entire stay.
Covered parking at Hotel Lone is not free of charge; any employees parking there will be responsible for the cost personally.
Hotel check-in
Registration & Goodie Bag
A goodie bag will be provided to each employee at their hotel, containing, among other items, a T-shirt and a long-sleeve hoodie.
For the full-day program on Friday, April 24, 2026, it is required to wear the T-shirt, and for the Millennium photo, please make sure to bring your hoodie.
Additionally, when collecting the goodie bag, you will receive a wristband. This wristband serves as your entry pass for the entire event, and all participants are required to wear it throughout the duration of the program.
